Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every trial is 7 days of Basic, free. Your card is saved when you start, but you pay $0 today. The day before your trial ends, you confirm your plan: Basic at $7/month or Pro at $17/month. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic gives you the editor, brand kit, publishing, the content calendar and scheduling, voice note and video to carousel, saved carousels, and Reel covers with separate copy-ready captions. Pro adds Claude chat, Claude Connect, the hook, repurpose, caption and Reel script generators, and the full layout gallery.
Can I publish on Basic?
Yes — publishing is included on Basic at no extra cost. Connect your own accounts during setup and post straight from the editor. Basic also includes Reel covers with captions saved separately and ready to copy.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at your next billing date. Your saved carousels stay put either way.
Is Carousel Queen cheaper than Canva?
