Privacy Policy

Carousel Queen is run by Aly Carter, The Unchained Studio. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email and billing details when you sign up.
• The content you create: carousels, captions, photos, voice notes and transcriptions.
• When you connect Threads, your Threads user ID, username and an access token. We use them only to read the posts you choose to turn into carousels, and their replies.
• When you connect social accounts for publishing, the details needed to post on your behalf.

How we use it

To run the app, build and publish your posts, send account emails and give you support. We don't sell your data and we don't use your Threads posts for anything you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the app work: hosting, payments (Stripe), the AI that writes your slides, and the social platforms you publish to.

Ad measurement

Our homepage and advertising pages use the Meta Pixel, which shares your page visits and basic device and browser details with Meta Platforms so we can measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. If you would rather not be measured, you can block it with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, or contact us and we will help.

Your choices

You can disconnect Threads or any social account in the app at any time. To delete your data, follow the steps on our data deletion page.
